Eva Svatoňová has a PhD from the department of Global Studies at Aarhus University, Denmark.
Her doctoral research has focused on anti-gender politics in Czechia.
Since March 2022, she works as a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Political Science, Charles University in Prague. In her analysis, she combines ethnographical methods with post-foundational discourse theory and socio-cultural approaches.
